Greetings All,
I just received my copy of Pots and Pans last Friday. It has been on continuous rotation in my cd changer all weekend. I am really enjoying this cd so far. Looking forward to seeing Billy, Chris and band next Sunday, June 24th in Vancouver. Hopefully Billy will be doing a meet and greet so I can get the cd signed. Was lucky enough last year to get his sticks! Actually, Chris handed them to me at the end of the show. Smiley
Cheers,

Pots and Pans is amazing, isn't it?!?!

Hey Billy - can you sign my CD in Atlanta?   Roll Eyes  Pretty please?

Hi Kim,
The show was fantastic! Slightly different set from the show I saw last October. My wife, parents and I waited around for the meet and greet after the show. Chris and the band were so friendly signing autographs and chatting with everyone. Yes, Pots and Pans is a great cd. Billy Kilson signed the cd liner for my son and I. Billy was a pleasure to talk to. I mentioned to Billy that his drumsticks were in a drawer next to the set Buddy Rich gave me years ago. Billy said he was in pretty elite company next to Mr. Rich! Can't wait to see Chris and band again. Cool

Cheers,
Shaun

Well, you must have been holding on to those sticks for many decades, now!  Do you insure them along with your wife's jewelry?  Wink  What year did you meet Buddy Rich?  What was that experience like?

I am closer to the age to say that I saw him on the Muppet Show playing the drums with Animal, rather than at one of HIS actual shows?! Cheesy

Okay, you are making me greedy now...  Maybe I can get my copy of the CD signed AND get Billy's sticks!  Billy, I will make a special drawer for them!

Shaun,

Okay, last post and then I'll leave you alone!

If found a link to the video of what I was just writing about.  It is on Drummersworld.com.

Kim,

Thanks for the link to the Buddy Rich muppet clip. Smiley
I had forgotten about that.
Speaking of drummer's, I saw Rush in concert last weekend.
Neil Peart has always been one of my favorites.
If you get a chance to see Rush, Neil's 7 minute drum solo is worth the price of admission! Cool
The other 3 hours of the show is spectacular as well.
Looking forward to seeing Carl Palmer with Asia in September.
